The Merry Month Of May

I celebrate May with quite a number of friends born in the same merry month as I am. The month's celebrations officially start with Tita Passy Teopaco's birthday. The Teopacos has long ago adopted me as their own, and like real family, I've laughed, cried, danced, sang and watched the sun go up with them.
This year, birthday dinner was at Yakumi in Solaire, the fabulous new hotel and casino by the bay. Dinner was so good, we forgot our diets, we had our beef and ate it too! We went around the casino after to burn calories and marvel at the huge floral arrangements and magnificent chandeliers.
Birthdays are opportunities to count our blessings and thank the good Lord for them. Everyday, I thank God for Tita Passy. Happiest birthday, PCT!
